The steps of Embroidery
Understanding the Embroidery process
01
Graphic Files
The design or graphic must be created first, in any file format style.
Some text designs, such as monogramming and personalization can be designed directly on the Embroidery software.
However, mostly all other designs must be graphically designed to begin.
03
Finalizing the Details
Once the digitized file is perfect & thread colors approved, the final stitch count determines the pricing.
Refer to below for more specifics.
02
Digitizing
Digitizing for embroidery involves converting a digital image or design into a format that an embroidery machine can understand and stitch. This process includes defining stitch types, paths, and densities to ensure the design will be accurately represented on fabric. The final digitized file is then tested and adjusted as needed to achieve the desired outcome in the physical embroidery.
04
Invoicing
Once the stitch count & quantity of pieces are finalized, an invoice will be sent. Once the invoice has been paid, the job will be scheduled for production.
Quantity Requirements:
No order minimums!
Order one item or hundreds!
The order quantity is a key factor in pricing.
Multiple Thread Colors:
My machines are 6-Needle, therefore any designs exceeding 6 color changes are additional, per piece.
*18 color change maximum
Rush Orders:
Urgent production can be accommodated!
24-48 hours turn around time:
25% of invoice or $50, whichever is greater
*Cannot be canceled or refunded
Keeping Logo on File:
Of course!! Once a logo is digitized, the file is stored on my embroidery computer. It's available, at a click of a mouse, anytime you want to place an order!
Provided Items:
Yes! I accept outside items. Nearly anything can be embroidered, although there's some that cannot. I'll need to approve it first;
text or email a picture to me!
Need Items Ordered:
Definitely, I can work with you on finding the perfect garment or item that fits your project's goals & expectations. I order from a variety of online vendors, that don't lack in selection or quality.
