Sublimation
First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and it permanently prints onto the fabric. Imagine like a tattoo, but instead of your skin, it's for your chosen product.
The result is a permanent, full color image that won't crack or peel!

01
Printing the design
The graphic file is printed from the sublimation software, onto special transfer paper. This process does not print white ink.
Largest printable size is A4 (8.5" x 11")
File types: JPG, PDF, Ai & SVG
02
Clothing & Other Substrates
The sublimation dying process only works with materials containing more than 50% Polyester & on light colors.
White, light grey & neutral colors works best!
Items, such as coffee mugs, tumblers, & metal ornaments, must have a coating specific for sublimation.

03
Heat Pressing
When a lengthy pressure & a super high temperature are combined, the ink on the paper turns into a gas, which then permanently dyes the material.
04
Pricing
The size of the transfer & the total quantity of pieces, combined with an estimation of the time needed to complete the job, determines the price per piece.
The items used must be ordered by me, to ensure it's specific for the Sublimation process.
